Responsibilities:
- Play SME role in pre-sales calls and discovery phases
- Gather requirements from clients through in-depth interviews, documentation analysis, whiteboarding sessions, etc.
- Assist clients in defining CRM implementation project objectives and scope
- Analyze business requirements and create artifacts, including use-cases, sequence flow, wireframes, UML, BPMN diagrams
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the project based on business requirements and system analysis
- Declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports, and Dashboards
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations for key stakeholders
- Establish and oversee the customer’s initial adoption, training, and development of best practices to build a strong foundation before and during the initial rollout
- Constant improvement of consulting and Implementation processes in a company
Requirements:
- 2+ years of CRM experience and proven understanding of a full software development lifecycle
- Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translating into a solution that can be effectively implemented
- Hands-on experience Salesforce administration and/or a background in Salesforce Consulting
- Knowledge of Salesforce product suite including Sales Cloud, Finance Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and AppExchange solutions
- At least one of the following Salesforce Certifications preferred — Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud Consultant
- The ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using Salesforce, coupled with the knowledge of choosing the most effective option for a customer
